Questions
Which lash style should I choose?
If you have never had extensions, start with Classic — it is the most natural and it lets you see how you get on. Hybrid is the most popular set and the usual next step. Russian and Mega are the fuller, more dramatic options. If you are not sure, say so when you book and I will talk it through with you.
How long do they last?
Your natural lashes shed and regrow constantly, so extensions grow out with them. Most people come back for an infill every two to three weeks to keep the set looking full. Leave it much longer than that and it becomes a full set again rather than an infill.
Do extensions damage your own lashes?
Not when they are applied properly. Damage comes from extensions that are too heavy or too long for the natural lash, or from lashes being stuck together instead of isolated one at a time. That is exactly what the training is for, and it is why I will tell you if what you are asking for is too much for your own lashes.
Why do I need to pay a booking fee?
A 50% non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment, and it comes off the price on the day. Appointments are two hours or more, so a late cancellation is a slot nobody else can take. Full details are on the policies page.
What do I need to do before I come?
Come with no eye makeup on — no mascara, no strip lash glue, no build up. Clean lashes hold the extensions far better and it means we spend the appointment applying lashes rather than cleaning them.
How do I book?
Send me a message on Instagram or Facebook with the treatment you want and roughly when suits you. I arrange every appointment personally rather than letting a diary fill automatically, so I can check the treatment is right for you and set aside enough time. Your appointment is secured once the 50% booking fee is paid.
